From a door survey to an operational system

We start with how the site operates: who needs access, where, when and who authorises it. We survey doors, gates, lifts, hardware, cabling and evacuation requirements, then define an access matrix and normal, failure and emergency scenarios.

Controllers, readers, credentials, locks, door contacts and backup power are selected together. The design specifies behaviour without communications or power, emergency exit arrangements, event records and interfaces. The quotation separates equipment, installation, licences and support.

Banks and higher-security premises

Separate customer areas, back offices, plant rooms and zones requiring additional authorisation. Depending on the bank’s risk assessment and procedures, the scope may include interlocked doors, passage sequencing, identification in both directions, two-person authorisation and CCTV event association.

Administrators manage roles and temporary contractor access. Forced-door, held-open and controller fault alarms are agreed in advance. Changes in protected zones require coordination with the responsible staff; access control does not replace the security plan or requirements for storing valuables.

Custodial and restricted-access facilities

We develop access-control solutions against the institution’s requirements, security documentation and approved procedures. Interlocked passages, a central operator position, closed-door feedback, key management and command logging must work as a coordinated system.

Fire, power-loss and evacuation behaviour cannot simply be copied from an office building. It is agreed with the client, security staff and designers. Delivery depends on the necessary authorisations and staff access approval; detailed security arrangements belong in controlled documentation.

Hotels: access and room automation

Connect guest-room access with reception and maintenance workflows. Cards, suitably secured mobile credentials and PMS integration can be specified where supported interfaces are available. Access validity can follow the booking period, while staff receive separate zones and schedules.

Room automation can cover heating and cooling, lighting, window status, occupancy signals and do-not-disturb or housekeeping requests. Controls account for comfort, frost protection and equipment that must remain powered. Savings depend on actual operating conditions, not merely installing a card reader.

Rental rooms and self-service access

Provide time-limited access for apartments, staff accommodation and smaller hospitality sites. We define credential issue and revocation, early arrival, extended stays, housekeeping and emergencies. A shared code should not remain unchanged for successive guests.

Online systems or locally operating locks are selected around connectivity and battery maintenance. The owner receives the agreed management interface and a recovery procedure. Booking automation follows compatibility and guest-data security checks.

Warehouses, production and visitors

Separate offices, storage, production, electrical rooms and IT infrastructure. Permissions can reflect shifts, contractors and expiry dates. Visitor handling includes registration, credential issue and closing the visit.

We integrate gates, barriers, intercoms and selected parking systems. Number-plate recognition requires image-quality testing and appropriate data-processing rules. Access events are not automatically an attendance or payroll record: time-and-attendance rules and HR integration are a separate scope.

Evacuation, integration and data protection

Access control interfaces with fire alarms, CCTV and intruder alarms within the approved design. We test actual unlocking, door feedback, alarms and recovery after power returns. Hardware selection must preserve the performance of fire-resisting doors.

Individual accounts, roles, audit logs and controlled remote access support security. The data controller establishes purpose, legal basis and retention. Biometrics are not a default feature and require a separate assessment of lawfulness and necessity. Legal requirements are assessed for the site in Poland; this English version does not imply UK compliance.

Installation, handover and ongoing support

We install cabling and equipment, configure the system and test the doors. Acceptance covers authorised and denied access, network and power loss, emergency exit and agreed interfaces. Handover includes documentation, a configuration backup, an equipment list and administrator training.

A maintenance agreement can include inspections, batteries, updates, configuration backups and support for staff changes. Support hours and response targets are contractual. For a quotation, provide door and user numbers, door types, location and required integrations.
